How
to make an order.
Send
me an e-mail to
olga@meryet.com
with:
As
soon as possible I will send you an e-mail with the shipping
cots. If you agree, make the payment and the order will be
shipped.
Take
into account that some colours on your computer screen may
not appear as the items actually are.
I
will be glad to answer any doubt you send me to olga@meryet.com.
If you just want to know the shipping costs
before send me your data and make the order, send me an e-mail
with the name of your town or village and the item you would wish
to order, and as soon as possible, I will send you the shipping
cost. |

| 2. Payment. Prices
are in euros.
After receiving
the e-mail with your order, I will calculate the shipping costs.
I will send you
an e-mail with the total amount, that will cover the item price
and the shipping costs. In this e-mail there will be the payment
instructions also. You can pay by:

Shipping.
I will send you an e-mail as soon the
item has been sent.
Items
are sent with delivery confirmation (registered mail). It's the
safest way.
Items
are shipped out within 1-2 days after confirmation of payment. Normally
shipping takes one week to Spain, 1-2 weeks to Europe, 3-4 weeks to
other countries to arrive. Please, contact me if you have not received
the package in order to I can ask for it.
Shipping
outside Spain: Please,
remember that buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes or
receiving fees (if any) incurred. |

Refunds and Exchanges.
Contact
me within 7 days of receiving your order for any refunds.
The items must be returned in their original
packaging and must not
be damaged. I will not refund your money if the item has
been used.
The item
can be change for other one, you can get a coupon with the
amount or, of course, I will refund the sale price (minus
shipping fees). Remember that the return shipping costs
will be charged on the buyer.

Confidentiality and Security. When
you ask a question or make an order, some of your data are
recorded; sometimes it is just the e-mail, other times your name
and address if it has been a shipped order.
Your data are
protected and will be used only by Meryet. Meryet never will rent,
sell, or share personal information about you with other people or
any company.
Of course if
you do not wish to receive news from Meryet, you can send an
e-mail to olga@meryet.com.
Please, include your name and e-mail address and your personal
information will be deleted. |

Custom Orders.
Should
you like to order an exclusive textile work, with its
specific colours, design and measurements of your choice,
you can make it via email olga@meryet.com.
We will quote you and send you some sketches. Half of the
total amount of the proforma invoice will have to be paid in
advance. The second half will have to be paid when shipped. |
